The Opportunities, Inc. Foundation Board hosted their annual fundraising luncheon, a tradition that began in 1985 under founders Joan Carter and Nancy Sandefur. This year’s event honored the memory of Lucille Cook and served to raise funds and awareness for programs supporting people with disabilities in the community.
